Please Note: Toners, drum, copiers, printers CANNOT be returned if opened and used. **Please note: Any damaged or missing items/packaging can delay this process even further, and/or will be subject to a possible increase in restock fees.
**For all orders under $50, you will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization prior to returning any product. Orders returned without a valid RA # will be returned freight collect to the customer. Please review the terms and conditions of Returns prior to requesting an RA #. All RMA's are valid for 14 days.:
Defective Items – All claims of items to be defective must be verified by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer determines that the product is defective you will either receive credit for the total price you paid for the product or we will ship a replacement product ASAP. All defective item claims must be made within the first 30 days or you will have to go through the manufacturer for warranty.
Wrong Product Shipped by TimeClockZone – Simply call us upon receipt and we will have the product picked up. We will promptly ship the correct product upon discovery of the error. These claims must be made within the first 30 days.
Customer Ordered the Wrong Product – If you order the wrong product you are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee based on the original purchase price. We do not credit shipping. You will also be responsible for paying for the return shipping. The product must be returned with all contents in tact and nothing missing. If it is determined that the condition is not acceptable the item will be returned to you. Please note opened Ribbons and Time Cards are NOT returnable. Software is also NOT returnable. These claims must be made within the first 14 days.
