TimeTrax Bio is an easy and affordable way for businesses to get started using biometric-enabled technology. Storing an employee’s data in the biometric system is fast and easy. The software records a template of that employee’s fingerprint and associates that template with their ID number. Each time an employee attempts to clock in or out, the software verifies that the newly scanned fingerprint matches the stored template for that ID number. The use of biometrics in time and attendance systems makes it more difficult for one employee to clock in or out on behalf of another – preventing the costly practice that’s known as “buddy punching.” Those lost minutes account for lost dollars.
TimeTrax Bio accommodates 75 employees and is upgradeable to 150. The easy plug-and-play installation allows your company to grow from a single terminal to a multi-terminal system. The included software, designed for Microsoft Windows®, is extremely easy to use. It comes with many features, including variable pay rates and pay periods, along with unlimited departments. TimeTrax Bio lets you export to most major payroll systems.
